A Case of thanatophoric dwarfism is detected by sonogram at 31 weeks of gestation. It is a congenital anomaly characterized by macrocephaly, narrow thorax, short length of vertebra, and short-limbed chondrodysplasia. We present a rare case of
thanatophoric dwarfism with review of literature.
